WHO CAN BOOK OUR OPEN HOUSE?

Anyone! But please know these are NOT Family, Senior, or Couples Portraits! A max of 1-PERSON per session. These sessions are discounted and scheduled back to back and do not allow for additional time, people, locations or specific requests outside of the backdrops, time and location allotted.

I WANT PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP, HOW DO I BOOK THAT?

This particular mini-session will not have professional hair and makeup available. We will send you plenty of prep info including links to helpful Pinterest pages with hair and makeup inspo.

CAN I DO A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THIS?

Due to the nature of this mini-session already being discounted and in high demand, I do not allow for payment plans for this type of session.

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

A retainer ensures that 1) your spot is secured 2) allows the photographer to retain payment in the case of a cancellation and/or no-show.

Due to the nature of Mini-sessions, it can be a hardship to rearrange schedules due to cancellations. In the case of a cancellation before 72-hours of the date of their mini-session, the photographer will retain half payment, and a re-booking will be granted for the next mini-session date once the client pays the remaining amount due. If the client cancels within 72-hours of the date of their mini-session, the photographer will retain the full payment and allow you to re-book for the next mini-session. If the client “no-shows” on the day of the session, a re-booking appointment will not be granted and the photographer will retain full payment. These terms remain at the photographer’s discretion. Headshot days are typically done 2 times per year by LMCP.

CAN I CHOOSE THE LOCATION?

All 25-min mini-sessions will be conducted IN-STUDIO. All clients may choose between the following backdrop colors: White/Light Gray or Denim-on-denim corner set. We chose these drops due to their popularity and versatility.

CAN WE BRING MULTIPLE OUTFITS?

Always bring a backup outfit! However, be reminded that this session does not allow time for changes as the sessions are stacked back-to-back with other clients. We highly recommend you bring a jacket or layer to enhance your look that is acceptable. I WANT TO BOOK MY CHILD FOR THIS EMPOWERMENT MINI-SESSION?

We are excited to work with children ages 5 and up for acting and modeling headshots and have many times in the past. Please note that each session is 25 minutes long, and we are unable to extend this time due to the back-to-back scheduling of our Empowerment Mini-sessions. Unless your child is experienced with professional photoshoots, we recommend booking an individual headshot session for children ages 5-8, where we can provide more time if needed. We understand that kids can have off days, and we want to ensure the best experience for them! Please be aware that we are not responsible for uncooperative behavior resulting in unsatisfactory photos.
