HOW IT WORKS:

When you book you will select your time and if you want to upgrade to a second look. Payment in full is required in order to secure your time.

Each session has a max of 1 person.

All clients should arrive 5 minutes PRIOR to their appt time.

2-3 days after your session you will receive a gallery of unedited RAW images to select your 3 favorite images.

Once selected you will receive the expertly retouched, edited images within 14 days of your selection.

You may also purchase additional edits at $25 per image or $100 for 5.

Optional Add-on’s**

$50 upgrade to a second look within your 20 minute appointment block.

The date of 03/04/23 is set and cannot be changed. All photos will take place INSIDE THE COMEDY SPOT MAINSTAGE.

We will have lights and our backdrop set up.

Once booked you will receive more specific information about where you will be meeting and how to prep for your headshot session!

FAQ’S

WHO CAN BOOK FOR HEADSHOT DAY?

Anyone in the Comedy Spot Crew Page! But please know these are NOT Family, Senior, Couples Portraits! A max of 1-PERSON per session. These sessions are heavily discounted and scheduled back to back and do not allow for additional time or people.

I WANT PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP, HOW DO I BOOK THAT?

We will NOT have MUA available, so please make sure to come in makeup (NO LARGE FALSE LASHES PLEASE). You are welcome to schedule your own hair and makeup at a different location before your appointment time so you are looking in top form if you choose to do so. But please be mindful of time as I will not accept anyone more than 5 minutes after their appointment time.

CAN I DO A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THIS?

Due to the nature of headshot day already being heavily discounted and in high demand, I do not allow for payment plans for headshot day.

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

A retainer ensures that 1) your spot is secured 2) allows the photographer to retain payment in the case of a cancellation and/or no-show.

Due to the nature of headshot day, it can be a hardship to rearrange schedules due to cancellations. In the case of a cancellation before 72-hours, the photographer will retain half payment, and a re-booking will be granted for the next mini-session date once the client pays the remaining amount due. If the client cancels within 72-hours, the photographer will retain the full payment and allow you to re-book for the next mini-session. If the client “no-shows” on the day of the session, a re-booking appointment will not be granted and the photographer will retain full payment. These terms remain at the photographer’s discretion. Headshot days are typically done 2 times per year by LMCP.

CAN I CHOOSE THE LOCATION?

All Headshots will be conducted inside at the Comedy Spot MainStage 1050 20th St. Suite 130, Sacramento, CA 95811.

All clients will be photographed in front of the FASHION GREY Backdrop color. We chose this drop due to its popularity and versatility.

CAN WE BRING MULTIPLE OUTFITS?

Headshot days do not allow time for full changes however we do recommend bringing a jacket or sweater so you can quickly get 2 looks in 1! Since the sessions are stacked back-to-back with other clients we do not allow time for full changes. We do not offer this beyond the $50 upgrade of ONE more look.
