What to Expect: Your Book Design & Ordering Session

Your Album Design and Ordering Session is the moment to bring your senior’s story to life! During this special appointment all decision makers should be present. This means Parent(s) and Senior will sit down with Lacey to design your Custom Book or Luxe Album.

Together, you’ll go through each image in your edited Senior Session Gallery and select your absolute favorites. We highly recommend making this a family event—seriously, we often hear, “I wish I had brought my husband along!” So if you can bring both parents, please do! Their input truly makes a difference in creating something meaningful.

During your session, you can:

  • Choose which images will be featured in your custom book or album

  • Order physical prints in luxe finishes like metal, fine art paper, canvas, or polaroid-style snapshots

  • Chat about and customize graduation card announcements

We’ll start with the package you’ve already selected. If you fall in love with more and decide to order additional items that day, you’ll receive 10% off anything beyond your original package!

How to prepare…

  • Be ready to spend 90 minutes - 2 hours at your Book Design/Ordering Session. Make sure to schedule your session for a time with ZERO conflicts.

  • If you're considering wall art, please:
    1️⃣ Tape an 8.5x11 piece of paper to your wall
    2️⃣ Step back and take a well-lit photo of the entire wall from floor to ceiling
    -Example of what to do below.

    I have a special tool that will show you exactly how your art will look on your walls!

  • Ask your family! What does grandma want? Does Auntie want a small metal print? These kind of questions should be asked BEFORE your appointment. Come with a list. You only get your 10% discount AT your book design.

Important Things To Remember:

Measure

  • Photograph open walls and tape an 8.5x11 piece of paper to it so we can accurately measure your wallspace

Notify

  • Tell everyone who you think might want a physical copy of your child’s images what is going on! Ask grandma, ask dad, ask your aunts, cousins, older siblings so you can make a list for your order.

Research

  • Have an idea or several ideas of what kind of prints you want and how you want your Book Cover to look.

  • Create your favorites list, if possible, BEFORE your appointment.
