Senior Session Timelines
From consultation to final delivery, our process is streamlined to be stress-free. Here’s what you can expect:
Booking & Prep: Once your session is booked, we send over a personalized Prep Guide to help you select outfits, prep your skin, and feel confident. We include a special Fashion Consult at our Sacramento Studio where we can style your session looks in my LMC Style Closet!
Photoshoot Day: Expect a fun, guided experience with expert posing, professional lighting, and encouragement every step of the way. We’ll hype you up and capture your true self.
Proofs & Orders: Typically you’ll receive a proof gallery within 1–2 weeks to choose your favorites, followed by the option to order prints, albums, or digital collections.
Delivery: Final edits are delivered within 2–3 weeks after selections are made—plenty of time for yearbook deadlines or graduation announcements! Please note that during our busy seasons (OCT-MAR) return may be 3-4 weeks.
What Happens at a Photoshoot?
Your senior photoshoot is all about celebrating YOU. Whether you want to be captured in a flowy gown in a golden field, styled in bold fashion at a downtown Sacramento location, or sleek and simple in studio, we design every shoot to reflect your style and personality.
Our photoshoots typically last 2-7 hours depending on the session packages and locations! Be sure to keep the day clear and notify your teachers ahead of time.
We offer full hair and makeup services, wardrobe planning, and access to unique locations across Sacramento County and beyond. Our professional HMUAs (that’s hair and makeup artists) have worked with me for years and can be booked for sessions upon request! Any HMU booked for your session will be paid directly to the artist on the day of the photoshoot. We can’t wait to get you started!

Designing Your Graduation Announcements & Keepsakes
After your photo session, at your Design Session, we help guide you through designing custom graduation cards, announcements, and keepsake products. These are not cookie-cutter templates you’ll receive fully personalized designs that match your style and showcase your favorite senior portraits.
