Paige's Senior Session in Sacramento
This incredible senior from the class of 2025 had a fantastic Senior Session with Lacey M. Carroll Photography. Paige is an avid dancer, music lover, and all around art aficionado. We were so excited to be a part of Paige’s Senior Portraits. Paige and her mom were a part of every step of the creative process to ensure that her Senior Portraits were a true reflection of Paige in her senior year!
Graduation is a monumental moment in our lives. And we LOVE having so many snapshots of talented and incredible high school seniors from this transformative time in their lives. This photo session was no different. I even snuck in a surprise look! This Pink Dress was a spur of the moment addition that I wanted to shoot against this vibrant green backdrop! I have a knack for finding and highlighting my clients best selves! I love to capture your true joy, your confidence, or a fun persona your dream outfit evokes. AND I provide the playful atmosphere that makes all my clients feel comfortable in front of my camera lens.
Paige opted for a fully outdoor photoshoot! Since this shoot was from late Spring I was able to accommodate that request. Summer time in Sacramento is notoriously hot and this afternoon into the golden hours shoot happened just before any major heatwaves! Lacey M. Carroll Photography does not do outdoor shoots in the month of July but that leaves a lot of inventive ideas for my various backdrops at my professional photo studio in Sacramento. August/Sept are the best months to book for your Senior Portrait Sessions. This gives you MONTHS to prep and order grad cards, and even gives you the opportunity to order holiday gifts or birthday presents at your Book Design Session!
Most of my clients request to head to Downtown Sacramento but this music and thrifting loving High School Senior wanted to stay closer to nature. I took her to one of my ultimate photoshoot locations along the American River Parkway for her last two looks. I’m thinking sticking to more natural settings will be a 2026 trend for Senior Portraits. Have a look at the rest of her photoshoot below! I had to add in one with her and her mama. Whenever I can, I love to get mom, dad, or even your furry siblings into a shot or two!!
